Nominet has made available a new section on their site specifically to aid registrars in marketing and working with .uk domains.
There seems to be a good mix of material:

* Campaign resources: This section will provide information, templates and best practice guides to help you to plan and run campaigns to recruit new customers and retain your existing customers. We will also let you know about forthcoming Nominet marketing activity focused on supporting the registrar channel.
* Marketing resources: Guides and documents to help you effectively market your business and improve customer relationships. This content will be finished documents that you can re-brand or raw text that you can re-purpose to include on your web site.
* .uk registrar conference: All of the presentations from our .uk registrar conference held in London on 21 November 2007.“
