Vint Cerf is one of the fathers of the internet. So when he sits us all down, metaphorically speaking, to tell us about his child it might be worth listening.
This short video explains how the internet’s address book works ie. how domains map to numbers (IP addresses) and who runs it all. As well as explaining what the IANA transition is about and what it isn’t.
