The DNS for the entire .club domain extension is currently offline, or at least appears to be. While some DNS servers might be still serving old data from their cache the actual DNS servers for the domain are not working correctly.
The .club registry are apparently aware of the issue, but no details of what it is nor when it will be resolved.
All gTLD registry operators have to comply with strict service levels under their contracts with ICANN and the requirement for DNS is pretty high, as you’d expect.
EPP and other services from the registry are not impacted.
The .club domain registry was recently acquired by GoDaddy’s registry arm, who have also acquired the NeuStar registry backend.
UPDATE: UltraDNS is currently reporting a service issue impacting Europe and some other regions, though it’s unclear if this is the same issue or a different one.
UDPATE 1430: It looks like the DNS is working and responding to queries correctly.
